1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JawPlans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

JawPlans provides a platform for dental practices to create, manage, and sell in-house membership plans to their patients. We facilitate the connection between practices and patients and process payments through Stripe.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Practice Responsibilities

Dental practices using JawPlans are responsible for:

• Delivering the services described in their membership plans
• Compliance with all applicable dental regulations and licensing requirements
• Accuracy of plan descriptions and pricing
• Patient communication regarding plan terms and changes
• HIPAA compliance for any protected health information

5. Fees and Payments

JawPlans charges a platform fee of 8% on all membership payments processed through the platform. This fee is automatically deducted from each payment before funds are transferred to the practice's connected Stripe account. Stripe's processing fees are separate and additional.

6. Cancellation

Practices may cancel their JawPlans account at any time. Existing patient subscriptions must be honored through their current billing period. Patients may cancel their membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

JawPlans is a technology platform. We do not provide dental services and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by dental practices. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of JawPlans after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
